French Foreign Legion poster — Camerone in Aubagne

Every year in Aubagne, the celebration of Camerone is a highlight in the life of the French Foreign Legion. This photograph, taken during a Défense Zone report, captures a special moment of this commemoration, marked by the Patrouille de France (the French Air and Space Force aerobatic team) flying over the ceremonies. The image thus combines military tradition and an aerial dimension, in a setting emblematic for legionnaires.
