Arquus and the Compagnie de Phalsbourg announce the signing of a new lease on the Satory plateau. This lease is a first step towards the creation of Arquus’s new headquarters, which will house its office activities and a workshop dedicated to developing the company’s prototypes.

Arquus and the Compagnie de Phalsbourg, partners since 2006 in the Satory area of Versailles, have decided to continue their collaboration as part of a property development project. The Satory-Ouest project is a development operation led by EPA Paris Saclay, which aims to create a world-renowned scientific, technological and economic cluster. As part of this operation, the Compagnie de Phalsbourg will build Arquus’s new headquarters on a 30,000 m² plot, comprising more than 9,000 m² of offices and nearly 6,000 m² of workshops in which to develop the company’s new prototypes. This new site will bring together office activities and prototype development, currently spread across three sites in the Île-de-France region. The building, due for delivery in 2025, “will be exemplary in terms of environmental certifications and labels”, says Arquus
The Satory district will soon be at the heart of western Paris, with a new transport hub and privileged access to the Saclay university area, as well as the Satory test tracks. The Versailles town hall, the Établissement Public de Paris Saclay and their teams played an important role in getting this operation started. Philippe Journo, chairman of the Compagnie de Phalsbourg, said he was delighted to continue this partnership with Arquus, begun 20 years ago. Emmanuel Levacher, president of Arquus, stressed the importance of this project for the company, which will bring three Île-de-France sites together into one, thereby boosting productivity and quality of working life for its teams.
