Photo posters - PGHM

The collection of photo posters devoted to the PGHM (the Gendarmerie’s high mountain rescue unit) brings together images taken during mountain rescue missions, as close as possible to the rescuers working at high altitude. Taken from Défense Zone reports, these photographs bear witness to the technical skill, coordination and commitment needed to intervene in demanding alpine environments.

Between glacier interventions, helicopter rescues and first aid operations in the Alps, this collection offers a documentary view of the PGHM’s daily work, through images designed to be easily framed and displayed in a home or a professional space.
